employees are full-commission sales consultants and do not
receive a paycheck every period. For support in operational tasks,
the benefits director says she can count on the team: Diann
Johnson (top right), defined contribution consultant and relationship
manager; Wes Bair (left), DC compliance associate, employee
benefits administration; and ShiVonne Schrade-Stith (bottom),
DC plan management analyst.
" Diann has a wealth of knowledge, and if she doesn't know
the answer, she finds out, " the benefits director says. " Wes is
responsible for all the audit preparations, and he does an excellent
job, " as well as handling the quarterly 401(k) match.
Schrade-Stith's job is to keep the 401(k) running smoothly,
day-to-day. " It's critical for me to be proactive, understand [the
company's] plan features, know the timing requirements and
respond quickly, " Schrade-Stith says.

ob and Elaine Feldberg founded Repro Products, a small,
family-run business specializing in document creation and
imaging solutions, 45 years ago and continue to run operations.
Elaine Feldberg's title is secretary/treasurer, but she also
manages human resources and the 401(k) plan. Without a benefits
department, she looks to Relationship Manager Dara Duane
(left) and Account Manager Dominick Gallares (right) of The
Standard for support.
" They're always extremely busy, " says Duane, who, working
for The Standard since 2009, knows the client well, having served
it since 2017; Gallares, almost 20 years with The Standard, has
served the client since 2018.
While " Bob's at every [401(k) plan] meeting, " Duane says,
" they don't have time to manage the 401(k). He attributes their
solid relationship to 'constant communication' and in-person
meetings. For instance, the sponsor had many questions about
how the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act
would affect the plan and workers, which the two answered.
" Having been in business for 43 years, I can assure you that
few achieve these high levels consistently, and Dominick and

11 years, respectively, both started with sponsor Healthesystems
in early 2021. To support it, they helped revise its educational
programs to reach employees at a distance.
Healthesystems supplies pharmaceutical and ancillary
benefit services for injured workers covered by workers' compensation
insurance companies. Laura Wood, chief people officer
for the company, says it experienced new benefits challenges
when it closed its office during the pandemic and became, for
most, a permanently remote employer.
Wood says the T. Rowe Price team is good at supplying
answers to questions before she thinks to ask them-true with
the switch to virtual education. " I feel like they're very much
in a partnership with us to make sure our people get the right
amount of support so they can retire comfortably, " Wood says.
Lane and Rizzolo say they enjoy working with
Healthesystems because the company is so engaged. " One of
the first things they asked us about was how to stay on top of
everything they're supposed to do from a fiduciary standpoint, "
