blends characteristics of the Small
and Large markets, which bookend its
asset range of $50 million to $200 million.
However, this may also contribute to
a wider range of expectations that make it
difficult to meet sponsor expectations-
and which might explain why net satisfaction
ratings have alternately increased then
decreased over the past six years.
As is common among smaller plans,
almost all providers received a Best in Class
Award for the services delivered by their
account/service team, and many other
areas of service failed to produce more
than the minimum number-three-of
