Plan sponsors may, therefore, find themselves somewhat caught between the two extremes, possessing perhaps some of the knowledge, experience and resources found up-market yet limited in their ability to leverage their plan's size and scale to secure better servicing arrangements. Some providers have been able to manage this dynamic more effectively than others, and the wide range of net recommendation rates found in this group proved that out.
